Appointments
- We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and enjoy your full service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand that life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

- Gift Vouchers will be considered as redeemed.

Late Arrivals
- Arriving late may shorten your service time to accommodate our next guest. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

Deposit Requirements

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold your booking request. Please be aware of our cancellation policy to ensure enough notice is given to change or cancel your appointment. 

In the event that you are needing to cancel your appointment, your deposit will remain as credit on your studio account.  

Payments
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates. All payments are due at the time of service.

Returns & Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products or vouchers.

What services do you offer?
- We offer a wide range of skincare services to clients in Tura Beach, Merimbula and wider Bega Valley, including facials, light therapy, precision peels, and more. Check our Services page for a complete list.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
- No preparation is needed, arrive with comfortable clothes to wear home. We recommend you avoid showering for a 4-6 hours after your treatment to allow the full absorption of your home care products to work effectively. 

Do I need to have a consultations (Intro Session)?
- Yes, Skin Bar is unable to perform any clinical treatments without a prior skin consultation. During  consultations we step through your skin history and establish your skin concerns and your goals. We design a personalised treatment plan and perform a product demonstration.
